The Twist Low is a multi-layered low top sneaker for men that uses premium canvas and soft suede to allow for creative and unique color combinations. A classic with a twist. Pick your preferred colorway or customize your own pair. Black, grey and white: the simplicity that never goes wrong. All the leathers used in our custom shoes are gold and silver rated by the Leather Working Group and adherent to the Leather Standard by OEKO-TEX®.

Shipping:

All of our products are made to order in a craft workshop in Portugal. After your order is processed, we try our best to dispatch them within 15 days and we will keep you informed about the entire process, from order to delivery.

Care: 

Plain Leather: Apply a thin layer of leather balm and once it’s dry, gently brush to keep the finish of the leather always in good conditions. Opt for softer hog bristles to make sure you don’t damage your sneakers. A leather protector spray is also an option to consider.

Suede: Use a brush to gently remove any dirt or dust. Brush in the direction of the fabric’s grain to avoid damaging it. Dry stains can be removed by using a white or brown gum eraser. If it doesn't work we advise you to visit your local cobbler and get additional advice.

Nubuck: Nubuck cloths are the best option to remove dirt and shiny spots. Wipe in several directions using circular motions and make sure you cover the entire nap area.

Rubber Soles: Clean the dirt with a dampened cloth and carefully soak the sole in a mixture of water and dishwashing soap. Make sure you don’t soak the upper part! Use a toothbrush with the mixture to scrub your soles. Once it’s done, dry the sneakers using a cloth.

My name is Ana, I’m 17 years old and I’ve been living in Portugal for the past seven years, since moving from Brazil. I enjoy simple things and really value calmness in my daily life. Living between two countries has shaped the way I see the world and helped me adapt to new cultures. I’m currently in a phase of self-discovery, learning more about myself and exploring my interests for the future.

It was a great opportunity to take part in the iMAGINE programme by DiVERGE and to learn more about the history and evolution of sneakers. I really enjoyed designing my own pair — from the shape and colour to the model — exactly how I like them. Ana Filipa also supported us a lot throughout the weeks we spent together.

I had no idea about the history and complexity behind sneakers until I joined this project. I learned how they’ve evolved over time, going from simple sports shoes to cultural and fashion icons. I also discovered how important marketing is to generate interest and connect with people — it was really fascinating to explore those techniques.

I truly enjoyed taking part in this project. It was fun, educational, and left me even more curious about the world of sneakers. |section-left||section-right||section-right|
