Q&A

1. Why is the microscope connection unstable and unable to connect to the app?

Please check if you first connected to the microscope WLAN before downloading the app. If so, please disconnect the microscope WLAN first, download the app, and then connect to the microscope WIFI (Flyscope_xxxx).

If you still can't connect the app after following the correct operation, you can go to the app store to download HVview, in order to get a better connection effect.

2. Unable to open microscope, no response from microscope.

Please press and hold the microscope switch button for 5 seconds. If the microscope light remains on, it indicates that the microscope has been turned on.

3. Why is the camera blurry?

-Please check if the lens cover on the microscope has been opened.
-Please bring the object as close to the camera as possible and rotate the gear in the middle of the microscope to adjust the focus until the object is clear.

4. The microscope stand cannot stand upright

You can open the small silver disc on the side of the microscope stand and tighten the screws inside with a screwdriver to secure the stand.
Alternatively, you can contact us and choose a metal bracket to obtain a more stable product.
