Westside Model Co. imported model built by Katsumi in Japan. Original box shows some shelf wear, with one corner torn. Spare parts included. Gearbox cleaned and drive tube replaced. This engine was purchased second hand by the SP and was used in Dunsmuir and the surrounding area as a yard switcher in Dunsmuir and branch lines. Later these engines (2 in all) finished their careers and were scrapped in Portland, Oregon. Note: One small portion of the brake rigging is off the model but included - see photos.
