ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR

WHYNTER portable air conditioners are backed by a one-year warranty that protects against material and workmanship defects under normal residential use. This warranty is available to the original purchaser who bought from an authorized Whynter dealer within the 48 U.S. continental states. In the event of any defects within one year of purchase, please reach out to Whynter's Customer Support team with the serial number and proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim. A Return Authorization number is necessary for returning any parts or products, and items without this number will not be accepted. Under this warranty, Whynter offers repair services, replacement of defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or product exchange at our discretion. All repairs or replacements will be conducted through mail-in service to our Service Center. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and any labor and parts costs incurred after its expiration will be the responsibility of the original owner.

The compressor for portable air conditioners has an extended warranty of two years beyond the original one year limited warranty, beginning from the date of purchase.
