• WHYNTER provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for any defects in material or workmanship on products purchased from authorized dealers within the 48 continental states.
  
• If your WHYNTER product malfunctions within the first year, please contact our Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase to file a warranty claim.
  
• A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Whynter before returning any parts or products.
  
• Products or parts without an authorization number will not be accepted.
  
• Under this warranty, defective parts will be replaced or a new product will be exchanged at our discretion.
  
• All defective products and parts must be sent to Whynter's Service Center to utilize this warranty.
  
• Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and any labor and parts costs after the warranty period will be the responsibility of the original owner.
