38PF08228RTO is a 8" x 2" wide wheel rigid caster with a heavy-duty Polyurethane-on-Iron wheel and 6-1/4'' x 4-1/2'' top plate designed and constructed for highly ergonomic and quiet operation. Featuring a USA-made rig, this caster provides effortless mobility and is extremely quiet, providing a safer working environment for your employees. The caster requires no maintenance for life, featuring sealed precision ball bearings in the wheel. 1/4" steel construction with fully welded legs (welded inside and outside to yoke base) allow these highly ergonomic casters to perform at higher load capacities than traditional casters. The heavy-duty and ergonomic polyurethane wheel tread is securely bonded to a precision machined and heavy-duty cast iron core, featuring precision ball bearings for smooth and reliable mobility under both manual and heavy towed applications (95 Shore A hardness with radius tread). The provided toe guard helps to protect toes and other debris from being ran over and is cleanly integrated into the laser cut legs. This maintenance-free and ergonomic series also features:
