Remove from outer packaging. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove lid. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 30-40 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Alternatively defrost the full tray in a refrigerator and cook individual portions as required. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove lid. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 60 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
