Remove from outer packaging. If cooking from defrost allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing. MICROWAVE (1800W): FROM FROZEN: Place pouch on a microwaveable dish, pierce film several times, heat on full power for 2 minutes, leave for 1 minute, gently agitate pouch and heat for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute. FROM DEFROST: Place pouch on a microwaveable dish, pierce film several times, heat on full power for 1 minute, leave for 1 minute, gently agitate pouch and heat for a further 2 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute. BOIL IN THE BAG: FROM FROZEN: Place pouch into a pan of boiling water, return to boil and simmer for 30 minutes, leave to stand for 1 minute, carefully remove pouch from pan and shake gently before serving. FROM DEFROST: Place pouch into a pan of boiling water, return to boil and simmer for 20 minutes, leave to stand for 1 minute, carefully remove pouch from pan and shake gently before serving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
