These varieties stand out from each other with their different patterns and subtly varying color tones. 'Amy' features wide leaves of green and creamy white. As you might assume from the name, 'Compacta' is a more compact-growing form, with cream-colored foliage that’s mottled with bright green. Dieffenbachias grow in an upright fashion, contrasting beautifully with, for example, pothos.
