The Ultra-High-Carbon knives have a carbon content of 1.5%-2.0%, and are hardened to 66-68 Rockwell, making them some of the toughest knives available.  The quality of Roselli has been independently tested many times, and the UHC is internationally recognized as the hardest steel in any modern knife, unmatched compared to any other premium brand on Earth.

This is Roselli's take on the ultimate multi tool, a universal knife with a convenient size.  The design is based on traditional whittling knives, made for getting work done, no fuss. The blade is made from UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel and the handle is cut from heat treated curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensures a firm grip, even when wet.
