This door knocker measures 5 1/4 inches across and it is also available in a larger version. This knocker has several mounting options. First, it can be mounted with a single top-mount machine screw (included). Another option is a side-to-side mounting with two machine screws (included) that have a 4 1/2 inch center to center distance. Alternatively, for maximum security, you may use all three rear mounting machines screws to secure this to your door.
