Introducing the Dubler HEAT - a modern and innovative solution that combines a flameless chafing dish and cooler, perfect for all your catering needs. Unlike traditional chafing dishes, the Dubler HEAT doesn't generate heat. Instead, it relies on premium insulation, microwaved heat packs, and placing hot food trays straight from the oven to provide a slow drop in temperature over time. With the Dubler HEAT, you can fit two 1/2 size food pans up to 4” deep - that's more than the 2.5” depth in standard chafers. Plus, the outside remains safe to touch, allowing for easy mobility.

The amount of time your hot food will stay warm depends on several variables. Drop in microwaved heat packs and hot food pans straight out of the oven, then cover. Dense foods like lasagna will stay hot longer than something like chicken wings. The amount of service with lids off will also have an effect. Most service is within an hour or two and your food will be hot. If covered and untouched for later service, you should still be serving warm food up to 5 hours later. Additionally, the Dubler HEAT can also be used as a food warmer for transportation.

* Microwave the heat packs until they just begin to swell and stop (approximately 3 to 5 minutes). Microwaves have a wide range of heat capability and overheating will cause the bag to leak or burst.
