The Trigono Santoku knife is made of Japanese steel with 18% chromium content (chromium 18) – a particularly robust stainless steel that ensures that the Trigono knives remain uniquely sharp over a long period of time and have a strong stain-repellent effect on acidic foods. Steel with 18% chrome has a perfect balance between robustness and sand-friendly softness – for sharp and at the same time low-maintenance knives.
