This 10" Throat Chakra Frosted Crystal Bowl is tuned to G according to the A=432 Hz standard. Compared to the 440 Hz standard, the 432 Hz tuning standard is believed by many to be closer to the natural rhythms and proportions of nature, as outlined by Pythagoras. The note G is typically associated with the Throat Chakra, but this bowl can work on the whole system.
