This 10" Emerald Crystal Bowl is tuned to F according to the A=432 Hz standard. Compared to the 440 Hz standard, the 432 Hz tuning standard is believed by many to be closer to the natural rhythms and proportions of nature, as outlined by Pythagoras. This bowl is made has added Emerald, giving it a light green aura and a gentle, grounded presence. The note F is typically associated with the Heart Chakra, but this bowl can work on the whole system.
