From the beautifully enameled crosses to each intricately crafted fitting, every aspect of the sword has been perfectly executed. Blade: The blade has been constructed from 440 stainless steel with a false edge. Blade is slightly sharpened edges and a very sharp point. The deep acid etching displays the rich history and traditions of the Knights Templar. A ridge runs down the center of the blade to a long Ricasso. It has gold ceremonial engravings on blade with place for personal engraving. Scabbard: The scabbard of the sword has been constructed from polished stainless steel with ornate gold fittings. Scabbard features three solid suspension rings and two enameled red crosses. The drag is a cut design of scroll work. Handle: The guard is decorated with a red cross and a five pointed blue crown, both enameled. The arms of the guard are cut out crosses with red enamel.
