When one of our aerospace clients requested a "Delicate Operations Hammer", we looked no further than the same hammer that our machinists designed and made for their own use in our shops. These guys don’t buy tools, they make their own.

This 8” & 12" Titanium hammer exceeds the aerospace client’s requirements, yet is flexible enough for use in machine shops, assembly rooms, gunsmithing and other delicate jobs that require delicate tapping.

What makes this hammer so unusual is that it can be configured to exactly the tool you want using the selectable heads. It includes Nylon, Hardened Steel (RC-59) and Brass interchangeable heads. 

There is even the ability to put a head on the “butt end” of the handle for those super controlled tapping jobs.

This hammer can be configured to be 100% non-magnetic and spark free using the interchangeable brass and nylon heads. This is just the ticket next time you need to work on that satellite, MRI machine, avionics, navigation equipment, weapon systems, and other sensitive devices.

Titanium is non-corrosive and non-ferrous. Another advantage that Titanium offers is a lower reverberation signature than with steel hammers.
