Facilan™ Ortho Material Specifications

Facilan™ Ortho is a partially crystalline polyester that yields a clean white finish, with a density of approximately 1.2 kg/cm³. It melts at around 60°C, making it a safe thermoplastic for 3D printing. The product is extremely flexible and resilient with a glass transition temperature of -60°C. Made from high-quality biodegradable plastic, Facilan™ Ortho meets the compostability standard EN13432. Its unique properties provide excellent adhesion to textiles, allowing for easy integration with 3D-printed parts and other orthotic components. Additionally, the low melting point enables re-molding after 3D printing at 55°C in water.
